Don't Call It a Comeback

Today's attempt: pickup where I left off.

The plan: 5-minutes @ 118% FTP, 5-minutes recovery, then six 2-minute intevals @ 135% FTP with 3-minute rest in between.

The result: success. This felt great!

I also did some core work on the physioball. Sarah Hoffman has an excellent guide for core exercises on the ball-o-pain, located >HERE<. Also spent about an hour stretching.

I'm ready for a Christmas-Day ride tomorrow.
